What is the service for?
 Grapevine’s counselling service is specifically for people who experience mental health issues and who feel the need to talk to an experienced and qualified counsellor about things that they are struggling with in their lives.


 
Who is the service for?
The service is free to any person with a diagonosed mental health issue or a history of mental health problems.
 
 
 
 
 
How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment yourself or you can be referred by your doctor, CPN, social worker, support worker or OT. If you want to speak to us in confidence call us on 01298 72283 and ask to speak to a counsellor.

 
 
Counselling can help you achieve your goals
