When does anxiety become a problem?
Anxiety becomes a problem when it is felt too intensely, is felt too frequently, or it seriously limits a person's life. When anxiety is a problem, it can lead to not just feeling terrible, but can seriously limit what a person feels they can and can't do. It can also lead to people avoiding situations that trigger the anxious feelings.
